Krav Maga Training at 5 FPS

The video above is approximately 3 hours of our training compressed into 1 minute filmed on a GoPro camera set at 5 FPS. It was recorded at the last test on October 2013 and makes the entire test look quick, fun and easy, but testing in these conditions is anything but easy.
